I had a wonderful experience with Nova Construction and Roofing! We had a metal roof put on last year by a different company and have had a hard time reaching that company to come back out to finish the job and fix a few things that they messed up. They don't return phone calls but you can be sure that they were demanding payment for an incomplete job. Mark Massaro came out with another gentlemen(both with Nova) who knew a LOT about metal roofing to give us a second opinion. Upon getting on the roof and going into the attic to do a full inspection, there were other issues that we didn't even know about. Things that could lead to water damage to the plywood underneath like many missing or under tightened screws. My favorite was there was not one plywood clip used...they are to be used...mandatory by Florida code standards. They advised us on steps to take to handle the situation. Needless to say, we followed their advice and the original roofing company has reached out to us all of a sudden. I know who we will be calling if we need have any other projects come up...Nova Construction and Roofing!

After the two hurricanes in 2025, Tom was extremely helpful in getting our roof repaired and bathroom ceiling fixed (mold mitigation and insulation/drywall ceiling replacement) in a timely fashion and fair pricing.

Nova has a great compliment of craftsmen on staff from framers, trimmers. tilers and painters ti name a few. They have handled a few large projects for me. I have found their pricing to be more than fair, their work to be very high quality and service to be without compare. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

From the very beginning, I needed a roofing estimate for my insurance company, and Brigette came out to the house promptly and completely prepared. She wasted no time, was cheerful, outgoing, and incredibly knowledgeable about roofing, materials, and the full scope of work. Speaking with her instantly put me at ease. I felt confident and relieved knowing I was dealing with someone who genuinely knew what they were doing. Shortly after that initial meeting, I ran into a major delay as insurance adjusters went back and forth with my claim for nearly a year. Throughout that entire time, Brigette stayed in touch. She checked in every few weeks, never spammy, always sincere, and always asking how she could help. That level of follow up and care is rare. Once everything was finally resolved with the insurance company, I called Brigette expecting the process to take a few more weeks. Instead, she already had all the paperwork ready. Everything we discussed was clearly documented. There were no hidden fees, no missing items, and no surprises. She stayed true to her word from start to finish. What impressed me even more was how quickly everything moved. Two days before the job, she had the permit ready and walked me through the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. Her team showed up early both days. The first day they delivered materials, and the next day they showed up and performed like a well oiled machine. Every person on the crew knew their role and took pride in their work. While one team handled the roof, another team worked on the ground making sure no debris or sharp objects were left behind in the yard. Everything was hauled directly to the dumpster they brought with them. The level of organization and attention to detail was outstanding. After the work was completed, they did a full walk around the house to ensure nothing was missed. They wiped down the gutters, cleaned the areas where ladders touched the home, and left everything spotless. The entire job took about seven hours from start to finish, with most of that time dedicated to careful preparation to protect the house. I genuinely have nothing negative to say. The experience was seamless, professional, and stress free. The roof looks absolutely amazing. I had some minor hurricane damage to the roof of my manufactured homes workshop and also wanted my garage roof insulated. Nova came and did the estimate and managed to get the repair materials in a reasonable amount of time for a post-hurricane situation. The actual repair work was then done in a timely and professional manner. I can highly recommend this company.

Hurricane Milton caused major damage to carport and gutters. My initial meeting with Matt made me feel comfortable and at ease without any type of overselling and a "we can fix it" attitude. Another company would only quote the repair one way, but Matt had no problem quoting two repair options. My contact was Josh, who's easy to get along with, answered any questions with patience, and never avoided or delayed responding to my phone calls or emails. They were even able to find and supply some aluminum siding to fix that damage too! Akeem and Chris came out to do the work, and the experience and knowledge they brought to the job was definitely 5-star. They were polite, accommodating, and answered any questions I had. This was a new and overwhelming experience and there's always hesitation when hiring people, but Nova put my mind at ease, and I couldn't be happier with the job that was done. Thank you and I hope we never have to do it again 🙂

Lost our lanai and carport to hurricane Milton. Being a snowbird i was uncertain who to turn to for our rebuild. After getting quotes we selected Nova based on reviews and talking to other people. We established a line of communication with Josh that worked throughout the project. The two builders from Nova, Billy and Steve were very knowledgeable and Did an excellent job on the entire build. I would recommend those two gentlemen for your Nova build. The material that Nova used were of excellent quality and met our approval. In the end I would use Nova again for a project.

Hurricane Milton damaged our carport and Lanai. My husband always gets three estimates and usually picks the middle estimate, especially when there is an estimate considerably lower, we believe you get what you pay for. We decided on Nova Construction and we got what we paid for, a quality job. Matt came to our home, with a ladder, one of the Contractors that came asked if he could use our neighbors ladder, we received the quote in a few days and decided on Nova. Due to the shortage of materials it took a little while to complete the work but Josh keep us updated as to when we would have our repair done. Our repairs have been completed and we are please with the job. The employees were professional and at the end of each day cleaned up the work area. The end bill was right on the quoted price. Tom was great! He was quick to visit our property and did a thorough inspection of our roof. He was very knowledgeable and was able to educate me on my options. I normally don't write reviews, but I had to make an exception! After a 2 year fight with my insurance company, I was finally able to replace my roof. After doing some research I called out Nova Construction because they were in my area. After meeting Tom and Bridgette I immediately felt extremely comfortable with them and decided to hire their company. Bridgette went above and beyond in helping with style, color choices pricing etc. We set a date and in a day they had my old shingles off and a brand new roof on! I was blown away how fast they were able to get my 2 story done! Little did i know that 2 weeks later Hurricane Milton would arrive. I walked out the following morning and saw shingles everywhere. I thought my new roof was destroyed! I got up on the roof and to my surprise, I was not missing a single shingle! Unfortunately the neighbors on either side of me were not so lucky. I couldn't believe how blessed I was; and what an amazing job Nova Construction did! My new roof made it through a hurricane unscathed! I must say if you ever need and sort of roof work done, please consider Nova Construction! You won't be disappointed! Thank you so much again for my incredible new roof!

Tom did a great job! Came when he said he would. Finished when he said he would. Was very responsive through the whole process His pricing was very fair and he kept to the set budget and quote. He and his people went above and beyond in numerous situations during our whole home renovation. We will definitely be using his services again

We had Bridget from Nova Roofing come out today to inspect our roof after Milton.She was very professional, helpful and informative. She got up on our roof and came down and said she saw nothing that needed repair or replacement. We had another company come out and inspect our roof the day after Milton. They told us that we needed repairs and possibly a replacement and we would have to have our Ins company look at it. He also offered to wrap it for $5700 until we could have Ins look at it. He also did this to several others on the street. We found Nova roofing to be so honest and quite frankly a breath of fresh air. We asked for several business cards and will be calling them back in the not too distant future to have our roof replaced for real this time!

NOVA had to start and finish a carport that another contractor abandoned. It was so hot but they showed up, were efficient and did a great job. Would definitely recommend them. They followed building codes and did all appropriate paperwork. Great job.

I highly recommend Nova Construction & Roofing. We used them for all of our Hurricane Ian repairs, including a new roof, water mitigation and interior reconstruction. Our custom home was not even two years old when Ian hit and after the Nova team completed all of ours repairs, you cannot even tell that we ever had damage. It looks exactly like the day we moved in. They are extremely professional and honest. They do what they say they are going to do at the price that they quote you. Every night when we watch the news and hear about all of the shady contractors cheating Florida residents, we are so thankful that we found Nova. We spent much of our time dealing with Tom over the past year and a half and he is amazing! He goes above and beyond for the customer! Caring and compassionate people to work with. They can do all the work from the roof to mitigation to repair. They are easy to contact, always answered all of my questions and tried to help us anyway they could. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Tom and his fantastic staff and crews, did a phenomenal job! One of the great things about Nova Construction is their diversifcation. They can pretty much do it all. From a new roof, to replacement windows and doors, to remodeling my lanai, sunroom, and roof my modular home, they have you well taken care of. Tom truly cares about you as a person, and will do whatever he needs to do, to make sure your happy with the job.

The work they did was very good. The thing that kept them from 5 starts was that they didn't start the permitting process early enough. Because we didn't have an approved building permit, we were 3 weeks late getting started which delayed other projects.

We hired Nova Construction & Roofing to replace our existing roof due to severe damage from Hurricane Ian. Their project manager, Brigette Wilhelm was extremely professional & courteous. She came to our home, inspected all the damage, showed us samples & explained EVERYTHING in detail, giving us many options without any pressure or obligation to buy, and answered all our questions. After getting other proposals, we decided to hire their company. Upon signing the contract & paying a small deposit, the hard working crew arrived on time, did an excellent job on the roof, & an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Tom Wilhelm, the owner, oversaw the entire process by taking photos of the work being done & ensuring that the city inspections were completed during the process & at completion. We are extremely pleased with the results and would HIGHLY recommend their company. Thank you Tom, Brigette, and your entire company!!

I had extensive storm damage at my duplex after the Sebring storm of 4/4/22. Nova was recommended to me by the property mgr. The roof needed replacement, water was leaking in at damaged windows on the Tennant's side. When I called Nova about this, someone was already at the property fixing it. Nova provided this super-hero service twice, taking good care of my Tennant's on the rental side of the duplex. I can't thank them enough. It was such a busy time; almost every home had extensive storm and hail damage, but they pushed to make sure my building was secure. I was able to get the white roof color I wanted, and it makes the building look fantastic! Tom and The Team are outstanding. What a relief to know there is a company with this level of reliability and integrity! Thank you Nova!
